אנחנו נעשה הכל שביכולתנו כדאי שתהיו מרוצים. מטרת אתר xmart לתת את החוויה הטובה ביותר לקנייה ולרכוש קהל לקוחות מרוצה.
לקוח רשאי להחזיר מוצר באריזתו המקורית עד 14 ימים ממועד הקנייה, ולקבל זיכוי או החזר כספי לפי בחירתו.
ברגע שקיבלתם הודעה טקסט למס הטלפון שממנו רכשתם את ההזמנה או אי-מייל, יהיה ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה ולקבל החזר פחות עמלת ביטול ודמי משלוח

תנאי השימוש מנוסחים בלשון זכר לצרכי נוחות בלבד, אך מיועדים לשני המינים כאחד.
מוצר שהזמנתם אפשר לקבל באמצעות משלוח או איסוף עצמי בתיאום מראש. המשלוח מותנה בתשלום דמי משלוח (עלות משלוח תשולם במעמד החיוב בעת ביצוע העסקה באתר בעמוד התשלום).
כל המחירים המופיעים באתר זה כוללים מע”מ.
